**Subscription** means any recurring paid membership, creator subscription, premium service, or other recurring billing arrangement.
**Verification** means any identity verification, age verification, creator verification, business verification, or compliance review process conducted by SocialXOnline.
**User** means any individual, creator, member, business, organisation, or entity accessing or using the Platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Platform is strictly intended for adults.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account, access the Platform, upload content, purchase content, subscribe to creators, participate in livestreams, purchase products, sell products, or otherwise use any Platform services.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

* You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions, suspension, withholding of payments, or account termination.
7. CREATOR VERIFICATION
Users seeking to become Creators must successfully complete Creator Verification.

SocialXOnline reserves the right to reject any Creator application without providing a reason.
Verification approval does not guarantee continued access to creator features.

* The Account creates risk to users, payment providers, partners, or the Platform.
We may remove content, suspend monetisation, freeze creator earnings, restrict functionality, or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.
Termination decisions may be appealed where appeal mechanisms are available.
Nothing in these Terms limits our ability to cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, courts, payment processors, or other authorised entities.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF PLATFORM POLICIES
By using the Platform, you also agree to comply with:

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SocialXOnline may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform together with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where required by law, we may provide additional notice regarding material changes.

* Direct messaging

* Creator storefronts
* Marketplace listings
* Product and service sales
* Brand collaborations
* Tips and donations
* Promotional tools
* Advertising services
* Verification services
* Moderation services
Not all services may be available in all jurisdictions.
SocialXOnline may modify, discontinue, restrict, suspend, or introduce services at any time.
PLATFORM-OPERATED SERVICES
Where subscriptions, memberships, advertising services, promotional services, verification services, or other Platform-operated services are sold directly by SocialXOnline, Creswick Media Limited acts as the merchant of record.
For creator-to-member transactions, creator sales, marketplace sales, and user-to-user transactions, SocialXOnline generally acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions between users unless otherwise expressly stated.
13. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee continuous availability.
The Platform may become unavailable due to:
* Scheduled maintenance
* Emergency maintenance
* Technical failures
* Security incidents
* Third-party service disruptions
* Regulatory requirements
* Force majeure events
We reserve the right to suspend access to any feature, service, content, creator account, marketplace listing, or livestream where necessary.
14. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users may upload, publish, transmit, distribute, stream, sell, or otherwise make available Content through the Platform.
Users remain solely responsible for all Content they create, upload, publish, sell, distribute, or make available.
By submitting Content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
* You own the Content or possess all necessary rights.
* You have authority to distribute the Content.
* You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents.
* The Content complies with applicable laws.
* The Content complies with these Terms and all Platform policies.
SocialXOnline does not assume responsibility for user-generated Content.
15. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Creators and users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the Content they create and upload.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of user Content to SocialXOnline.
However, by uploading Content to the Platform, you grant SocialXOnline a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

* Process Content

* Distribute Content

This licence continues for as long as the Content remains available on the Platform and for any additional period reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, operational, or security requirements.
16. CONTENT REVIEW AND MODERATION
SocialXOnline reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, remove, disable, block, blur, demonetise, or delete any Content at any time.
Content may be reviewed:

* Through user reports
* Through verification procedures
* Through compliance investigations

Content may be removed where we reasonably believe it:

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in:

* Account suspension

* Permanent account termination
9. AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND DEEPFAKES
Users may not upload, distribute, stream, publish, sell, promote, or otherwise make available:
* Non-consensual synthetic media
* AI-generated impersonations
* Deepfake pornography involving real persons without consent
* Misleading synthetic identity content
* Fraudulent AI-generated content
SocialXOnline reserves the right to require verification or proof regarding the authenticity of Content.
Any AI-generated Content must comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies.
20. MEDIA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGIES
SocialXOnline may implement technologies intended to protect creators, intellectual property, and platform integrity.
Such technologies may include:
* Watermarking
* Fingerprinting
* Content hashing
* Duplicate content detection
* Anti-piracy systems
* Security monitoring systems
* Fraud detection systems
Users may not attempt to remove, alter, bypass, disable, or interfere with such protections.
21. MARKETPLACE SERVICES

SocialXOnline acts as a platform provider and technology facilitator.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SocialXOnline is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, importer, exporter, or provider of products or services offered by users.
Transactions remain the responsibility of the parties involved.
22. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users offering products or services through the Marketplace agree that they are solely responsible for:

Livestream creators are solely responsible for all content broadcast through livestreams.
SocialXOnline reserves the right to:

* Remove livestreams
* Terminate livestreams
where necessary for safety, compliance, legal, or operational reasons.
25. INTERACTIVE DEVICE INTEGRATIONS
The Platform may support integrations with third-party devices, applications, and hardware products.
These may include interactive devices, connected accessories, and external technologies.
Users acknowledge that:
* SocialXOnline does not manufacture such devices.
* SocialXOnline does not control device performance.
* Device usage occurs at the user's own risk.
* Device manufacturers remain responsible for device safety and compliance.
SocialXOnline disclaims liability arising from third-party device malfunction, misuse, injury, or service interruption.
26. RECORDING RESTRICTIONS
Users may not record, reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, download, screen capture, archive, or otherwise copy livestreams or premium content without permission from the content owner.
Unauthorised recording or distribution may result in:

* Copyright enforcement proceedings
27. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Platform software, systems, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, interfaces, databases, source code, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of SocialXOnline and its licensors.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred.
28. FEEDBACK
Any suggestions, feedback, ideas, recommendations, feature requests, or improvement proposals submitted to SocialXOnline may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Users may voluntarily provide tips, gifts, gratuities, or similar payments to creators.
Tips are generally considered voluntary payments.
Except where required by law:
* Tips are non-refundable.
* Tips do not guarantee services.
* Tips do not create contractual obligations.
Creators remain solely responsible for any promises they make regarding tips.
39. MARKETPLACE PAYMENTS

40. CREATOR EARNINGS

Creator earnings are subject to:

* Chargebacks
* Refunds

Earnings displayed within creator dashboards may represent estimated amounts and may be adjusted.
41. CREATOR REVENUE SHARE
Creator earnings are calculated according to SocialXOnline's revenue-sharing model.
The applicable revenue share percentage may be published separately within creator documentation and payout policies.
SocialXOnline reserves the right to modify revenue-sharing arrangements in accordance with applicable agreements and policies.
Notice may be provided where required.
42. PAYOUT ELIGIBILITY
Creators may be required to satisfy eligibility requirements before receiving payouts.
Requirements may include:

* Age verification
* Tax information
* Payout account verification
* Compliance reviews
* Fraud screening
Failure to satisfy requirements may result in delayed, restricted, or cancelled payouts.
43. PAYOUT HOLDS
SocialXOnline may place holds on creator earnings where reasonably necessary to:

* Investigate chargebacks
* Investigate disputes
* Verify identity
* Verify ownership rights

* Comply with payment provider requirements
Holds may remain in place until investigations are completed.

SocialXOnline operates fraud prevention systems designed to protect users, creators, payment providers, and the Platform.
We may:

* Verify identities
* Restrict transactions
* Freeze earnings
* Suspend accounts
Users agree to cooperate with fraud investigations.
Attempted fraud may result in:
* Account suspension
* Account termination
* Payment reversals
* Legal action
* Law enforcement referrals
45. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is governed by the Payment, Billing, Refund & Chargeback Policy.
Except where required by law, purchases made through the Platform may be non-refundable.

* Unauthorised use

Users should seek independent professional advice where necessary.
48. FINANCIAL RECORDS

Users acknowledge that such records may be used as evidence in disputes, investigations, or legal proceedings.

* Abuse refund systems.
* Abuse chargeback systems.
Users remain liable for losses, costs, damages, fees, penalties, and expenses arising from fraudulent or unauthorised activity attributable to their actions.
51. NO GUARANTEE OF REVENUE
SocialXOnline does not guarantee:
* Creator earnings
* Subscriber counts
* Sales volumes
* Marketplace performance
* Livestream revenue
* Business success
Creators assume all commercial risk associated with operating on the Platform.
Any earnings examples, statistics, estimates, or projections are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees.
52. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited purpose.
Without limitation, users may not:
* Violate any applicable law or regulation.
* Violate these Terms or Platform policies.
* Circumvent Platform restrictions.
* Misrepresent their identity.
* Provide false information.
* Use stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
* Interfere with Platform operations.
* Attempt unauthorised access to systems.
* Engage in abusive behaviour.
* Exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
* Facilitate illegal activity.
SocialXOnline reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct violates these Terms.
53. ILLEGAL CONTENT
Users may not upload, publish, distribute, transmit, stream, sell, advertise, or otherwise make available any Content that is illegal under applicable law.
Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to:
* Child sexual abuse material.
* Content depicting minors in sexual situations.
* Human trafficking content.
* Terrorist content.
* Violent extremist content.
* Non-consensual sexual content.
* Revenge pornography.
* Stolen content.
* Fraudulent content.
* Criminal activity.
* Money laundering activity.
* Identity theft.
* Content promoting illegal activity.
Any suspected illegal Content may be:
* Removed immediately.
* Preserved for investigation.
* Reported to law enforcement.
* Reported to regulatory authorities.
* Reported to payment providers.
54. CHILD SAFETY
SocialXOnline maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation.
Users may not:
* Upload content involving minors.
* Attempt to access content involving minors.
* Solicit minors.
* Groom minors.
* Misrepresent their age.
* Facilitate child exploitation.
Any suspected child exploitation activity may result in:
* Immediate account termination.
* Preservation of evidence.
* Reporting to law enforcement.
