User Responsibility
Users must only upload or share content that they own or have the legal right to distribute. Uploading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content on SocialXOnline infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal notice to our legal team.
Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material.
Required Information
- Your full name and contact details
- Proof of ownership or authority
- Description of the copyrighted work
- URL or location of the infringing material
- A statement that the claim is made in good faith
- A statement that the information provided is accurate
Action on Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid notice, SocialXOnline may remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content while the matter is reviewed.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with supporting evidence. We may restore the content if the dispute is resolved in your favour.

False or Misleading Claims
Submitting knowingly false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal liability. SocialXOnline reserves the right to take action against abuse of this process.
