SOCIALXONLINE COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") forms part of the SocialXOnline Terms of Service and applies to all users, creators, members, sellers, buyers, subscribers, businesses, and visitors using the SocialXOnline Platform.
SocialXOnline is operated by Creswick Media Limited ("SocialXOnline", "we", "our", or "us").

Content removal may occur without prior notice.
12. COUNTER-NOTIFICATIONS
Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification.

16. SCREEN RECORDING AND CONTENT CAPTURE
Users may not:

* Redistribute creator content.
without permission from the content owner.
Violations may result in enforcement action.
17. MARKETPLACE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Marketplace sellers may only sell products, services, and digital goods that they are legally entitled to sell.
Sellers may not:
* Sell counterfeit goods.
* Sell stolen intellectual property.
* Sell unauthorised copies.
* Sell infringing digital products.
Marketplace listings may be removed where infringement concerns arise.
18. TRADEMARK RIGHTS
Users may not:
* Misuse trademarks.
* Impersonate brands.
* Create confusion regarding affiliation.
* Use trademarks without authorisation.
Trademark complaints may be submitted through SocialXOnline's reporting procedures.
19. DOMAIN NAMES AND USERNAMES
SocialXOnline reserves the right to reclaim, suspend, transfer, or restrict usernames, creator names, business names, and account identifiers where:

* Impersonation occurs.
* Fraud concerns arise.
* Legal obligations require action.
20. LAW ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL REQUESTS
Where appropriate, SocialXOnline may preserve records relating to infringement investigations.
