SOCIALXONLINE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Effective Date: 30th May 2026
These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") form part of the SocialXOnline Terms of Service and apply to all users, creators, members, buyers, sellers, subscribers, businesses, moderators, and visitors using the SocialXOnline Platform.
SocialXOnline is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, respectful, and creator-focused environment while supporting freedom of expression, lawful adult content, creativity, community engagement, and business growth.
Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, monetisation restrictions, suspension, termination, or legal action.
1. OUR COMMUNITY PRINCIPLES
Users are expected to:
* Act lawfully.

SocialXOnline is built around creators, communities, businesses, and members who wish to interact responsibly and professionally.
2. ADULT PLATFORM NOTICE
SocialXOnline is an adult-only platform.
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
The Platform may contain:
* Adult content.
* Nudity.
* Sexual content.
* Explicit discussions.
* Mature themes.
All adult content must involve consenting adults and comply with applicable laws.
3. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Users must treat others respectfully.
The following behaviour is prohibited:
* Harassment.
* Threats.
* Intimidation.
* Stalking.
* Bullying.
* Discrimination.
* Hate speech.
* Abuse.
* Doxxing.
* Blackmail.
* Extortion.
Disagreements are permitted but targeted abuse is not.
4. CONSENT MATTERS
Consent is fundamental to the SocialXOnline community.
Users may not:
* Upload non-consensual content.
* Share private content without permission.
* Record others without consent where required.
* Coerce individuals into creating content.
* Threaten users with publication of content.
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. CHILD SAFETY
SocialXOnline maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation.
The following are strictly prohibited:
* Underage accounts.
* Child sexual abuse material.
* Grooming behaviour.
* Solicitation of minors.
* Sexual conversations involving minors.
* Sexualised depictions of minors.
* Content involving minors in adult environments.
Suspected violations may be reported directly to law enforcement and relevant agencies.
6. LEGAL CONTENT ONLY
Users may not use the Platform for illegal purposes.
Prohibited activities include:
* Fraud.
* Money laundering.
* Identity theft.
* Human trafficking.
* Drug trafficking.
* Terrorist activity.
* Organised crime.
* Criminal conspiracy.
Users are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with applicable laws.
7. ADULT CONTENT RULES
Adult content is permitted where lawful and compliant with Platform policies.
Permitted content may include:
* Adult photography.
* Adult videos.
* Adult livestreams.
* Adult discussions.
* Creator subscription content.
Prohibited content includes:
* Underage content.
* Simulated underage content.
* Coercive content.
* Exploitative content.
* Bestiality.
* Incest content.
* Non-consensual content.
* Human trafficking content.
* Illegal pornography.
Content may be removed immediately if concerns arise.
8. DEEPFAKES AND SYNTHETIC MEDIA
Users may not upload, sell, distribute, stream, or promote:
* Non-consensual deepfakes.
* AI-generated impersonations.
* Fraudulent synthetic identities.
* Deepfake pornography involving real people without consent.
* Misleading AI-generated content designed to deceive users.
Creators must clearly identify synthetic content where appropriate.
9. HARASSMENT AND HATE SPEECH
The following are prohibited:
* Hate speech.
* Racism.
* Religious discrimination.
* Homophobia.
* Transphobia.
* Sex-based discrimination.
* Disability discrimination.
* Ethnic discrimination.
Content promoting violence or hatred toward protected groups is prohibited.
10. IMPERSONATION
Users may not impersonate:
* Other users.
* Creators.
* Businesses.
* Public figures.
* Government organisations.
* SocialXOnline staff.
Parody content must not mislead users.
11. COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Users may not:
* Upload stolen content.
* Upload pirated content.
* Re-upload creator content.
* Sell unauthorised content.
* Infringe intellectual property rights.
Copyright complaints may result in immediate content removal.
12. PRIVACY VIOLATIONS
Users may not share:
* Personal addresses.
* Telephone numbers.
* Financial information.
* Identification documents.
* Private communications.
* Sensitive personal information.
Privacy violations may result in immediate enforcement action.
13. FRAUD AND DECEPTION
The following are prohibited:
* Payment fraud.
* Refund fraud.
* Chargeback abuse.
* Marketplace fraud.
* Fake listings.
* Fake reviews.
* Scam activity.
* Investment scams.
* Romance scams.
* Cryptocurrency scams.
Fraud may result in permanent account termination.
14. MARKETPLACE STANDARDS
Marketplace users must:
* Accurately describe products.
* Deliver purchased products.
* Provide promised services.
* Follow applicable laws.
Sellers may not:
* Sell illegal products.
* Sell counterfeit products.
* Sell stolen products.
* Misrepresent listings.
Marketplace privileges may be removed where violations occur.
15. LIVESTREAM RULES
Livestream creators must comply with all Platform policies.
Creators may not:
* Broadcast illegal content.
* Broadcast prohibited content.
* Harass viewers.
* Encourage criminal activity.
* Circumvent moderation controls.
SocialXOnline may pause, restrict, or terminate livestreams at any time.
16. INTERACTIVE DEVICE USAGE
Creators using connected devices during livestreams must do so responsibly.
Users acknowledge:
* Device use is voluntary.
* Device manufacturers remain responsible for device safety.
* Platform policies continue to apply during device interactions.
* Unsafe, unlawful, or abusive use is prohibited.
17. SPAM
Users may not:
* Send unsolicited messages.
* Mass-message users.
* Post repetitive content.
* Abuse promotional tools.
* Use bots for spam.
Spam may result in account restrictions.
18. PLATFORM SECURITY
Users may not:
* Attempt unauthorised access.
* Reverse engineer Platform systems.
* Interfere with Platform operations.
* Circumvent security measures.
* Deploy malware.
* Exploit vulnerabilities.
Security violations are treated seriously.
19. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Users are encouraged to report:
* Illegal content.
* Child safety concerns.
* Copyright infringement.
* Harassment.
* Fraud.
* Security concerns.
* Community violations.
* Reports should be made in good faith.
* False reporting may itself constitute a violation.
20. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
Where violations occur, SocialXOnline may:
* Remove content.
* Restrict visibility.
* Issue warnings.
* Restrict features.
* Suspend accounts.
* Demonetise creators.
* Withhold payouts.
* Terminate accounts.
* Report matters to authorities.
The severity of enforcement will depend upon:
* Nature of the violation.
* User history.
* Safety risks.
* Legal risks.
* Compliance obligations.
21. REPEAT VIOLATIONS
Users who repeatedly violate Platform policies may face escalating enforcement actions.
Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.
22. APPEALS
Where available, users may appeal moderation decisions.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a decision.
SocialXOnline reserves the right to make final moderation determinations.
23. POLICY CHANGES
These Guidelines may be updated from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Guidelines.
